Have no sound
1. Cables to the sound box are broken or the frequency divider is abnormal
After the sound box wiring is broken, the speaker unit has no excitation voltage, which will cause silent failure. Frequency divider is not easy to break, but may occur lead joint unwelding, frequency divider capacitor short circuit and other faults.
2. The voice coil is broken
Use a multimeter R×1 to measure the loudspeaker lead wire solder. If the resistance value is ∞, use a knife to scratch the sealing paint on both ends of the voice coil, expose the bare copper wire and then test, such as If it is still impassable, it indicates that the voice coil is broken inside; If the measurement has been through and there is a "clack" sound, it indicates that the voice coil lead is broken, the wire can be solder, and then another section with voice coil winding wire close to the enameled wire can be welded.
3. The loudspeaker lead is broken
Because loudspeaker paper basin vibration is frequent, braided wire is easy to break, sometimes the wire has been broken, but the cotton core wire is still connected. This braided wire is not readily available and can be replaced by a slightly longer flexible wire.
4. Voice coil burned
Use a multimeter R×1 to measure the loudspeaker lead. If the resistance value is close to 0 ω and there is no "clack" sound, it indicates that the voice coil is burnt out.XDEC suggested replacement before the voice coil, magnetic gap should first remove impurities, and then carefully put new voice coil in the magnetic gap, help correct pronunciation, listening while with super glue and fixed position of the voice coil and, after waiting for voice coil placed in the best position, use super glue to fill the clearance between the paper cone and voice coil to about half, finally sealed dust cover, the loudspeaker paper cone up, place a day after can be normal use.
Have no sound sometimes
1. The loudspeaker lead is bad
Usually is the voice coil lead mildew broken or welding caused by poor, the paper basin vibration frequent, breakpoints sometimes connected, sometimes disconnected, the formation of irregular when the ring does not ring fault.
2. The voice coil lead is disconnected or about to short-circuit.
3. The output socket of the power amplifier is in bad contact or the input cable of the sound box is broken.
The volume is small
1. loudspeaker performance is poor, magnetic steel magnetic decline
The sensitivity of the loudspeaker mainly depends on the magnetism of the permanent magnet, the quality of the paper basin and the merits of the assembly process. Can use ferromagnetic object to touch magnetic steel, estimate the strength of magnetic steel magnetism roughly according to the size of attraction, if magnetism is too weak, can replace loudspeaker only.
2. The guide core column is loose
When the guide magnetic core column of loudspeaker is loose, can be absorbed to one side by guide magnetic plate, make voice coil is squeezed and hinder normal sound. Usable hand presses paper basin gently when overhaul, if press not to move, the likelihood is voice coil is pressed by core column, need to disassemble and the ability after cementing to restore to use again.
3. The frequency divider is abnormal
